Early Years Foundation Stage – Mathematics
The educational programme for mathematics, set out in the EYFS Framework, is delivered in our reception class in line with the Extend Reception Curriculum and Mastering Number.

We follow the national curriculum.
We follow White Rose Maths - a small-step, mastery-based scheme of work supplemented for fluency with Mastering Number at key stage 1 and Ashley Down times table Challenge.

Times Tables Rockstars
Recall of times tables and number bonds are vital as a foundation for maths. We use Times Tables Rock Stars, a maths learning platform where children can practise their times tables like a rock star! Please find the link to access below.
